TH-6301 – the ultimate pressure sensitive spray adhesive hot-melt for high-speed, clean and green assembly operations:
1. Ultra-low melt viscosity: approximately 1,300 cP at 170 °C, guaranteeing continuous, streak-free spray patterns and the lowest possible nozzle pressure in any pressure sensitive spray adhesive equipment.
2. Smooth, mist-like sprayability: forms a uniform, low-grammage web that covers contoured, porous or delicate substrates without soak-in or overspray, eliminating clogging and downtime.
3. Universal bonding spectrum: balanced quick-grab and long-term shear resistance let one grade replace several SKUs-ideal for eyewear-case fabric-to-board, foam-to-plastic, leather-to-mdf, filter media, upholstery batting and similar multi-material laminations.
4. Softening point 70–80 °C: provides heat-resistant edges for downstream die-cutting, skiving or thermo-forming while remaining flexible at –10 °C for winter shipping.
5. Yellow, transparent appearance: invisible glue lines preserve the aesthetic of light-coloured textiles, veneers or printed films; non-yellowing chemistry keeps finished goods looking fresh.
6. 100 % solids, zero solvent, no VOC-meets REACH, RoHS and FDA indirect food-contact clauses; safe for operators and end-users, recyclable with household waste.
7. Stable 48-month shelf life in sealed cartons; clean-melt tank below 180 °C reduces char, saving maintenance energy and adhesive consumption by up to 20 %.
