1. Purpose-built chemistry: TH-6532 is a 100-% solids SBC-based pressure sensitive floor adhesive engineered for laminating cross-linked PE foam, cork or recycled felt to LVT/SPC/WPC planks, creating silent floors that pass ASTM E492/IIC ≥ 55 dB.
2. Appearance & handling: Standard grade is supplied as non-tacky, yellow rectangular blocks (carton + PE inliner, 20 kg net) that feed directly into pre-melt tanks without bridging or dusting.
3. Softening point: 110 ± 5 °C provides excellent heat resistance; panels can be short-term oven cured at 90 °C or transported in hot containers without adhesive cold-flow or edge bleed.
4. Melt viscosity: ~9 000 cPs at 170 °C gives a stable, pumpable melt that lays uniform films (25–40 g m⁻²) through slot-die, roll-coat or engraved-roll stations, preventing foam collapse while securing full surface wet-out.
5. Bond strength: Peel values ≥ 35 N/25 mm (foam tear) on PVC, CaCO₃-filled SPC and painted cork; cohesive failure inside the foam guarantees lifetime mechanical integrity under rolling loads and residential castor chairs.
6. Application window: Effective coating range 160-180 °C; pot life > 48 h at 175 °C with only 5 % viscosity rise, minimizing downtime for line cleaning in high-output flooring plants.
7. Processing versatility: Compatible with single- or dual-belt continuous presses, radio-frequency pre-heating lines and offline table presses; immediate green strength allows instant slitting and stacking.
