3. Low Melt Viscosity for 50 000 bph Lines
500–900 cps at 170 °C permits razor-thin 18–22 g/m² coatings, clean cut-off on high-speed rotary guns, and no stringing, cob-webbing or nozzle clogging at 600 labels/min.
4. Instant Adhesion & Shear Balance
Aggressive tack grabs glass, PET, HDPE and even condensation-covered cold-wall bottles; 6 N/25 mm shear at 70 °C prevents flagging during steam shrink tunnels or ice-water immersion.
5. Broad Thermal Window
Operating range –20 °C to +60 °C keeps labels firmly in place from freezer storage to pasteurisation tunnels without edge lift or ooze.

Low smoke and odor <30 ppm volatile residue maintain OSHA-compliant workplace air; minimal char generation reduces purge frequency and downtime.
7. Eco-Friendly Packaging & Handling
