Grade TH-6118B is a Releasable Pressure Sensitive Adhesive

1. Engineered with premium, medical-grade SEBS rubber, the formulation is inherently phthalate-free, low-VOC and RoHS/REACH compliant, giving customers an eco-responsible bonding platform that supports circular-economy goals.

2. Outstanding thermal robustness: the adhesive maintains consistent peel, tack and cohesive strength after 168 h at 85 °C/85 % RH, so converted labels or card-attach films survive warehousing, courier trucks and tropical distribution without edge-ooze or discoloration.

3. A precisely tuned melt viscosity of ≈ 400 cP at 170 °C allows ultrathin, uniform curtain coating on PET, PE, PP or paper liners at line speeds above 400 m min⁻¹; the low rheology simultaneously cuts glue consumption by 8–12 % versus conventional SBC HMPSAs while yielding perfectly flat, bubble-free laminations.

4. The proprietary reversible-crosslink architecture delivers high quick-stick for secure placement yet releases smoothly at 90–120° peel angles with forces between 0.8–1.2 N cm⁻¹, leaving credit-card surfaces or release-applied labels intact, free of ghosting, fiber pick or adhesive residue.

5. Excellent die-cutting and matrix stripping behavior minimize web breaks and down-time during high-speed conversion, while the light-natural color and UV-stable antioxidant package assure a clean, premium appearance throughout a two-year shelf life.
