TH-803 cosmetic bottle cap hot melt adhesive is an APAO-based, white pastille engineered for high-speed rotary lines that assemble PP, ABS, PS, PET and surlyn cosmetic caps. It melts cleanly at 170 °C to a 2 200 cps fluid, wetting substrates in milliseconds while its thixotropic recipe eliminates stringing so cutters stay clean and line optics remain immaculate.
The 125-135 °C softening point creates a bond that survives –20 °C to +80 °C logistics: creams shipped in summer containers nor serums stored in winter warehouses will weaken the seam, because TH-803 retains >80 % of initial peel strength after 1 000 h Q-SUN xenon exposure and 72 h 95 % RH cycling. This cosmetic bottle cap hot melt adhesive is almost odour-free-total VOC < 200 µg g⁻¹-so even delicate essences are never tainted, while RoHS, REACH and FDA 175.105 compliance assures global cosmetic houses of regulatory ease.
