It offers a 3–8 s open time for accurate flap positioning and locks fibers in just 2–4 s, letting packed units be stacked immediately. The aggressive adhesion bites through light varnishes and polymer films, eliminating pop-opens on UV-coated or PP-laminated boards. Clean-melting and string-free, it feeds smoothly in any standard glue tank, keeping nozzles clear and maintenance low.

Paper Box Glue Granule is a natural-white, low-odor EVA hot-melt engineered for high-speed folding-carton and corrugated box sealing. The premium resin system delivers a medium open time of 3–8 s-long enough for precise flap alignment on 50–80 m/min pack lines-yet crystallizes in only 2–4 s so cases can be stacked, palletized and stretch-wrapped without delay. High immediate tack (> 6 N/cm²) penetrates lightly varnished, UV-coated or PP-laminated surfaces, creating fibre-tearing bonds that resist pop-opens even when cartons are over-stuffed or drop-tested from 1.2 m.
The formulation is 100 % solid, RoHS & REACH compliant, and contains no CFCs, phthalates or heavy metals, giving an ultra-low VOC profile that keeps work zones odor-free and safe for food-contact packaging. Thermal stability from 150 °C to 180 °C prevents char and gel, so melters run 24 h without nozzle clogs or downtime.
Supplied as dust-free, uniform granules (3–5 mm), the product feeds smoothly in piston or gear pumps and stores for 24 months below 35 °C without caking or color shift. Typical consumption is 2–4 g per meter of glue line, offering cost-efficient sealing for confectionery, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and e-commerce shipper cartons.
