Formulated with a carefully balanced vinyl-acetate content and premium tackifying resins, these sprayable hot melt glue granules deliver a melt viscosity of 400–760 cPs at 170 °C-low enough for ultra-clean cut-off yet high enough to maintain bead integrity across rapid nozzle cycling. The adhesive exits the valve cleanly every time, no stringing that can smear sensors, soil flaps, or cause jam-ups on compression belts, making it ideal for lines that demand a spotless glue pattern.
Bonds set in 1–2 seconds, so cartons can be handled immediately without compression dwell, while the wide service temperature range (–20 °C to +70 °C) ensures secure seals through cold-chain or summer shipping. The EVA backbone provides aggressive tack to recycled kraft, semi-chemical board, and clay-coated surfaces, while the low density (≈0.95 g cm⁻³) stretches glue mileage and reduces cost per carton.
