Model TH-103E, Hot Melt Granule for Packaging is a medium-speed bonding solution engineered for medium-size carton sealing and honeycomb panel assembly. It delivers 4–6 s initial strength, letting case-erectors and palletizers run at up to 30 m/min without pop-opens. The tough, flexible film withstands −20 °C to +60 °C, so cartons and honeycomb stay locked through frozen storage or hot-truck transit. Low-odor, zero-CFC granules feed cleanly in any standard tank, eliminating stringing and carbon build-up for long term maintenance-free runs. RoHS & REACH compliant, 100 % solid content makes both carton and honeycomb fully recyclable for sustainable packaging lines.

Engineered for medium-speed carton closing and honeycomb core assembly, Hot Melt Granule for Packaging is a yellow, EVA-based adhesive that balances speed and forgiveness on both automated and manual lines. The regular-shaped granules melt quickly at 150-170 °C and offer a medium open time of 6-12 seconds, giving operators enough window to position flaps or panels while still delivering handling strength in under 5 seconds once pressure is released. This makes the product equally at home on a 30 m/min case sealer and in a hand-fed glue tank used for short-run or repair work.
High molten tack and a broad service window (-10 °C to +60 °C) create fibre-tearing bonds on kraft, recycled board, and impregnated honeycomb paper, so packages withstand vibration, shock, and temperature swings encountered in global logistics. The formulation contains no CFCs, heavy metals, or phthalates, is RoHS & REACH compliant, and is compatible with all standard EVA-grade melters, minimizing char formation and nozzle clogging. Typical consumption is 3-5 g m⁻¹ on double-wall board, providing cost-efficient sealing for medium-duty applications such as stroller cartons, small appliances, and POP displays. Supplied in 25 kg moisture-proof bags, the granules store for 24 months below 35 °C and 50 % RH without caking, ensuring consistent feed and reliable bonds shift after shift.
