The adhesive is offered in two universal lengths-7.2 mm × 300 mm and 11.2 mm × 300 mm-making it a drop-in refill for every low-temperature and hot glue gun found in craft stores, factories and schools. Upon heating to 160-180 °C the stick becomes a medium-viscosity fluid that flows evenly without stringing or carbonizing, keeping nozzles clean and reducing downtime on high-speed packaging heads.
A 8- to 15-second open time gives operators and hobbyists enough latitude to align parts, yet the bond gels quickly so assemblies can be handled within one minute and reach 80% of ultimate strength after 10 minutes.
