Formulated from premium EVA copolymers and micro-tackifying resins, the glue produces a flexible bondline that withstands repeated flexing, thermal cycling from –20 °C to +65 °C, and moderate shear loads up to 280 N per 25 mm width. On kraft-to-kraft joints the adhesive achieves fiber-tearing bond failure. The polymer is free of heavy metals, phthalates, formaldehyde and solvents, complying with REACH Annex XVII and RoHS 2.0 for global retail distribution.
