High Temperature Resistant Glue Stick
Model TH-781, High temperature resistant glue stick: formulated for electronics and automotive, this hot melt adhesive has a softening point of 160℃, securing SMT components, wire harnesses and sensor housings without sagging or out-gassing. In PCB assembly it tames heavy transformers and heat-sink clips; on the dash it bonds ABS, PP and metal trim through 85 °C cabin cycles and engine-bay spikes. Fast-set, low-char, RoHS-compliant.

Key features
High temperature resistant glue stick is a premium-grade, milky-white hot-melt adhesive engineered for the most demanding industrial assemblies. Based on a high-purity APAO copolymer backbone, it delivers an immediate high-tack bond that sets in 8–15 seconds and then withstands continuous exposure to 130 °C and short peaks up to 160 °C without softening, charring or releasing ionic vapors. Its balanced viscosity (25,500 cP @ 170 °C) flows easily through standard 11.2mm glue guns yet refuses to string, so operators can place fine beads around SMT connectors, wire harness clips, coil formers and aluminum heat-sinks in electronics production. In automotive trim lines the same stick bonds PP, ABS, PET felt and galvanized steel through paint-oven cycles, vibration and thermal shock. Milky-white color allows visual QC checks under UV or camera systems, while RoHS, REACH and halogen-free compliance protect sensitive circuits and cabin air quality. Store in a cool, dry place; shelf life 24 months.
