Large hot glue sticks – Models 751, 761A and 763 – feed any 43 mm bulk tank that nails pallets and formwork without nails. 751 gives flexible, vibration-proof bonds for honeycomb/OSB paper pallets. 761A adds 20 % higher heat resistance, keeping plywood/MDF concrete forms locked even during 50 °C hydration cycles. 763 is the ultra-tough option: 350 psi shear, and stays tight until the pour is cured. All three are 100 % solid, zero VOC, and export in 20 kg cartons.

Measuring a full 43 mm in diameter and 43 mm in length, these ultra-sized slugs deliver a high-volume, high-tack shot that have long open time and holds for the long haul.

Paper pallet manufacturing – instantly lock honeycomb, corrugated and OSB blocks into load-ready pallets that pass ISPM-15 export rules without nails or staples.
Concrete formwork – secure plywood, MDF or composite panels to timber/steel frames; resist moisture, vibration and heat from hydration while the concrete cures.

Each stick feeds cleanly through standard 43 mm glue gun melters and extrudes at 160-200 °C, giving a suitable open time and a shear strength >350 psi on wood and kraft. Zero VOC, no solvents, 100 % solid-just reliable, repeatable adhesion that keeps pallets square and forms tight until the job is done.
