TH-714A is a yellow, EVA-based paper carton hot melt adhesive engineered for manual closing of corrugated cases and folding cartons in low-volume packing, gift-box assembly or repair stations. Offered in two standard glue-stick sizes-11.2 × 300 mm and 7.2 × 300 mm-the rod feeds smoothly through conventional trigger guns without bending or neck-down, so operators can lay a clean, consistent bead along major and minor flaps with minimal string-off and no nozzle drip.

The adhesive's softening point of 95 ± 5 °C allows it to melt quickly at 160–180 °C tank temperature, while its melt viscosity of 4930–6670 cps at 170 °C provides the right balance of wetting and body. This means the paper carton hot melt adhesive penetrates recycled or clay-coated board for fiber-tearing bonds, yet stays tall enough on vertical flaps to avoid squeeze-out and glue-line starvation. An open time of 4–10 seconds gives packers enough window to position panels accurately, after which the formulation flash-sets in 3–4 seconds to handling strength, doubling throughput compared with traditional craft glues or tape systems.
