Production Process

1. Raw materials are compounded using a twin-screw extruder, with temperature zone control accuracy reaching ±1℃.

2. Underwater pelletizing system produces pellets with a diameter of 2-4mm.

3. Fully automated packaging line achieves quantitative packaging of 25kg/bag.

4. Laboratory equipped with DSC differential scanning calorimeter and other testing equipment.

Environmental Certifications

1. Meets the limits for 6 hazardous substances required by the EU RoHS 2.0 Directive.

2. FDA food-grade certified products can be used for direct contact packaging and bonding.

3. REACH SVHC list substances content is less than 0.01%.

4. VOC emissions are tested to be less than 50μg/m³.
