Physical properties of hot melt adhesive particles

Hot melt adhesive granules are solid adhesives based on synthetic resins. After melting upon heating, they can be applied to bond objects, and upon cooling and curing, form a stable adhesive layer. The product is non-toxic and odorless, and has passed multiple environmental certifications including SGS, VOC, and REACH. It is suitable for more than ten industries such as packaging, furniture, and electronics. Its physical state undergoes a reversible solid-to-molten phase transition with temperature, while its chemical properties remain stable. The bonding strength can be adjusted according to the application scenario, with a maximum tensile strength of 5.8 MPa.

The phase transition temperature range is 70-180℃, and the melt viscosity is adjustable from 2000-8000 cps.

The cured shear strength is not less than 2.5 N/mm², and the peel strength is >3.0 N/cm.

It has resistance to low-temperature embrittlement (maintaining toughness at -30℃).

A variety of colors including translucent, white, and black are available to meet different application needs.
