The cured film remains flexible from –20 °C to +65 °C, absorbing vibration from blower motors and thermal cycling in rooftop HVAC units without cracking or delaminating. Odour is minimal, VOC emissions are below 150 µg g⁻¹, and the formulation is free of solvents, formaldehyde, heavy metals and halogenated flame retardants, meeting RoHS, REACH and FDA 21 CFR 175.105 indirect food-contact rules.
