EVA hot melt glue stick TH-712A is a general-purpose adhesive engineered for reliable, fast and clean bonding in both DIY and light industrial applications. Delivered in 11.2 × 300 mm and 7.2 × 300 mm sticks of white translucent or transparent finish, the formulation is based on high-quality ethylene-vinyl-acetate resins that combine low odor with excellent thermal stability. The adhesive exhibits a medium open time of 6–12 seconds, giving users enough working window to position parts accurately, yet sets in 4–8 seconds to form a tough, flexible bond that resists moisture, mild chemicals and temperature swings from –20 °C to +65 °C. At the recommended application temperature of 170 °C the melt viscosity is approximately 12 000 cps, a value that balances low-stringing with good wetting on substrates such as wood, MDF, paper, cardboard, ceramics, rigid PVC, ABS, PP with primer, cotton, leather and many decorative laminates. The low-viscosity profile also guarantees smooth extrusion from any standard 11 mm or 7 mm hot-melt glue gun without dripping or clogging, making operation convenient and efficient even for extended craft sessions or repetitive packaging tasks. TH-712A is free of heavy metals, formaldehyde and solvents, complying with EU REACH and RoHS requirements, so it is safe for school, home, office and toy assembly. The neutral odor and light color leave almost invisible glue lines on pale or transparent parts, while the flexible cured film withstands repeated bending and vibration without embrittlement or yellowing.
